VT-005 Series Antenna Positioner

Features

  • It can rotate endlessly in the Azimuth axis and support a balanced antenna load of over five KG

  • The antenna positioner case contains all the electronics and mechanics required to drive the antenna positioned

Analog Output

Features

VT – 004 Antenna Radome

Features

  • The VT-004 auto tracking antenna to be placed outside for extended periods JDA Systems offer a light weight composite radome.
  • This protects the antenna for extended, or permanent, installation outside.
  • The dome may be installed or removed in seconds using the two rotary side locking connectors and the dome weighs only a couple of kilograms making it easy to manoeuvre single headedly if required.
  • The slanted observation window offers the integrated antenna camera system a complete free view of the external environment without significant obstruction and the dome is transparent to RF signals with no measurable degradation in the received signal strength or quality of the antenna when installed.

Overview

The iGU is a configurable gateway between instrumentation systems and Ethernet networks or telemetry transmitters.

This small self-contained rugged airborne unit, contains a layer 2/3 managed Ethernet switch, powerful FPGA and quad-core ARM CPU which allows unprecedented flexibility in data processing and protocol transforms.

Along with PCM and video inputs/outputs the iGU also contains a hardware based IEEE-1588v2 time engine with in the switch and a 1PPS output from the 1588 time.

iES-6 – Integrated Ethernet Switch

Overview

The integrated Ethernet Switch (iES-6), is a rugged 6 port layer 2/3 managed gigabit Ethernet switch with end node timing and discrete signal capabilities for demanding test instrumentation environments on airborne, shipboard or mobile ground vehicles

Programmable or data driven discrete outputs can be used to control end node devices on or off the network as well as feedback into the iES-6 from discrete inputs.

With multiple time sources and outputs the iES-6 provides end node device time signals. iES-6 contains a hardware based IEEE-1588v2 time engine able to drive the internal IRIG-A/B/G Time Code Generator (TCG) for time outputs. The IRIG-A/B/G input provides IEEE-1588 Grand Master/Master clock capabilities.

iES-12 – Integrated Ethernet Switch

Overview

The integrated Ethernet Switch (iES-12), is a rugged 12 port layer 2/3 managed gigabit Ethernet switch with end node timing and discrete signal capabilities for demanding test instrumentation environments on airborne, shipboard or mobile ground vehicles.

A programmable FPGA tied directly into the switch with two 1G interfaces provides packet processing capabilities. Programmable or data driven discrete outputs can be used to control end node devices, on or off the network, as well as feedback into the iES-12 from discrete inputs. The FPGA also provides built-in HDLC & IRIG 106 Chapter 7 PCM encoder & decoder. This allows PCM output of VLAN, mirrored or filtered Ethernet switch traffic or from the PCM input decoded Ethernet back out the switch Ethernet ports.
